The Focusrite Scarlett Solo (4th Generation) is a compact 2-in/2-out USB-C audio interface for recording, podcasting and streaming. It pairs one studio-grade microphone preamp with a dedicated instrument input, so a singer-songwriter can capture a vocal and a guitar at the same time from a single bus-powered unit.
The 4th-Gen mic preamp delivers up to 69 dB of gain with a 122 dB dynamic range, enough clean headroom to drive low-output dynamic microphones without a separate booster. Its 24-bit/192 kHz converters reach a 120 dB dynamic range derived from Focusrite's flagship RedNet designs, and a switchable Air mode adds presence and harmonic drive to vocals and acoustic sources. Gain Halo metering around each control makes setting levels quick and reliable.
Ideal for solo creators and home studios, the Solo ships with Ableton Live Lite, Pro Tools Artist and Focusrite's Hitmaker Expansion software bundle.
