What's AbedTahan return and exchange policy?
- Our policy for return & exchange defective or malfunctioning products is 3 days from invoice date, after the approval of our testing authorized personnel.
Returned products should be in original packaging only with all accesories. - Refunds or exchange is applicable only as a credit on a customer's account and only for valid products that are new, unopened and undamaged.
- Return for defective products that have exceeded the 3 days period from invoice date will be sent to the service center. Manufacturer warranty conditions apply.
- No return or exchange is allowed on discontinued or liquidated items unless it is defected and within a 3 days period from invoice date. Otherwise, manufacturer warranty conditions will apply.
- Batteries, cables, connectors, mobile accessories, software games and others are non-exchangeable unless they are new and in good packaging/sealed.
- All personal care products and headphones can't be returned if not sealed.

Yes, Abed Tahan offers installation services for large appliances. To request this service, please check the box on the product page while adding the item to your cart. Different products have different installations.

Go to My Account, click on view addresses, then you can edit or add a new address from there.
