If you are not happy, neither are we. Order on abedtahan.com, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may simply return your purchase to us… and we will still love you! Easy, convenient, & hassle-free products return is our promise to you!
What is your return policy?
We are committed to providing our customers with products and services of the highest quality. If you find that the item you have purchased from us does not suit your needs or has a manufacturer defect, you have the option of returning it to us within 3 days from the order delivery date, in its original packaging.
What if I received a wrong item?
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return it in the same condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging intact.
The delivery and return shipping fees are covered by Abed Tahan only if the return request is made within 3 days from the delivery date. If the return request is approved outside the specified time frame of 3 days from receiving your order, you will be responsible for the delivery and return shipping fees and manufacturer warranty conditions will apply.
You may also visit any of our stores and make a return and in this case there will be no return shipping fees.
What if I received my item but I changed my mind?
In case of change of mind, you can return your purchased item within 3 days from the order delivery date, as long as it is in brand new condition. The packaging should not have been opened or unsealed in any way.
If the item is eligible for return and meets the return conditions, Abed Tahan will cover the return shipping fees and the customer will be responsible for the delivery fees.
If you’ve changed your mind concerning your order before receiving it, we kindly ask you to call our customer service on 00961 1 645645 or contact us on WhatsApp 00961 81 313 714, or send an email to support@abedtahan.com. Our operators will track your order to make sure that the delivery has not yet been processed and will cancel the order accordingly. If the order has not reached the delivery phase, no charges will be incurred.
When returns are not allowed?
There are a few certain scenarios where returns are not allowed:- Return request is made out of the specified time frame of 3 days from receiving your order
- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as received. In case you ordered a product and requested a return, the delivery and return shipping fees will be charged to the customer if it is found to be damaged.
- Product is not sealed
- Missing items from the package including labels and original packaging accessories

Do I get a full refund on my returned items?
If you request a return of a defected item within 3 days from receiving your order, you will get a full refund on your purchase sale price including the delivery fees. The return shipping fees will be covered by Abed Tahan.
If the return is made for other reasons that are not related to the products’ conditions, the delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
What is your return policy for card payments?
If you have paid by card, we will initiate a refund to your bank account if the return request is approved and was made within 3 days from the order delivery date. The credit may take time to reflect in your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for the delivery fees while the return shipping will be free of charge.
What is your return policy for cash payments?
If you have paid by cash on delivery, we will credit your Abed Tahan account with the amount of the returned item(s) within one week from the collection date, provided that the return request is approved and was made within 3 days from the order delivery date.
You will be notified by email when the credit balance is available on your account. You will have one month to use the credit to make purchases on the website and in-store.
What are the return conditions?
- Return requests should be made within 3 days from the order delivery date
- Items should not be used or damaged and should be returned in the same condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Delivery and return shipping fees will be charged to the customer if the items are found to be damaged
- No missing items from the package received including labels, price tags, original packaging accessories, manuals, cables, and all other freebies or items originally included with the products
- Items should not be tampered, customized, or altered in any way and should not have missing or unreadable serial number labels, manufacturer model or part number labels, and/or warranty labels
- Defective Items covered under warranty cannot be refunded. They can only be fixed or replaced
