Exchange of Products
Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase at any Abed Tahan branch.
It is mandatory to have your original invoice present.
All products should be in their original packaging, sealed and unused.
Defective or Malfunctioning Product
Returns can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase at any Abed Tahan branch, provided that our authorized personnel have checked and confirmed the ability to return the purchased items.

Late Returns
Defective products that have exceeded the 7 days return period will be sent to the service center.
Manufacturer warranty conditions apply.
Excluded items
No return or exchange is allowed on discontinued or liquidated items unless the items were found defected and within the 7 days return period, otherwise, manufacturer warranty conditions will apply.
Unopened items
Only personal care products, headphones, batteries, cables, connectors, mobile accessories, software games, are none exchangeable unless they are unused and sealed in their original packaging.
No cash Refund
Refunds or exchange will be accounted as credits on your account with respect to the above-mentioned conditions.
