Delivery:

• We try our best to process your order as soon as possible. Delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days
• Please check your email for order status updates
• Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging in to your account
• Prior to delivery, our delivery team will contact you to make sure delivery time is convenient for you

Installation:

• Prices on the website do not include any installation fees
• Should you wish for an installation service, you can tick the installation box on the product page and the installation fee will be added
• For fitness equipment only, kindly note that the installation and delivery might not be scheduled on the same day of delivery due to the requirement of a specialized installation team
